The newly (August 24) transformed Massarellas is very elegant. We had a cream scone and tea. So nice !!
Brought my mother here for lunch on 17th March. Staff were lovely, especially lady on drinks and ice cream counter who kindly reserved a table for me once I explained my mum was heading there using a walker and was very slow moving. She needed to be sure she had a seat once she arrived. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced.
Lovely cafe, a bit expensive but lovely selection of hot meals and also sandwiches. Very clean and well presented. Lots of tables so finding one wasn't a problem on a Saturday. Cakes looked lovely also although I resisted the temptation to have one.

Friendly staff and good cafe style food. We have been going regularly for years. Now it has a nature reserve on the doorstep and soon to open its new conservatory (june 2024)
Always pop in for a flat white, great coffee as always and great customer service, always help us to the table with our tray also, was served today by Aimee and Karen and had a great chat whilst being served too, will definitely be back
Went here just as they were closing, managed to squeeze in a coffee. Staff super , the court yard is amazing, was quiet as cafe was getting ready to close. Truly enjoyed the peace and quiet.
